This event will introduced the community to the disparity study elements and answered questions pertaining to the study.
Electronic Survey of Business Owners
CHA will administered a comprehensive electronic survey to collect anecdotal information. The survey elicited firms’ experiences in the overall Charlotte marketplace and with the city’s MWBE and SBE programs in particular.
Business Owner Interviews
CHA will conducted business owner small group interviews. These sessions were designed for participants to additionally share experiences and insights in doing business with the city and barriers to obtaining work in the greater Charlotte area economy.
